The Dog Days Of Summer...

Hey everyone,

Another photo from the ballgame. This is the Reading Phillies at their bullpenn. I had another photo ready for this post today but for some reason, blogger would not allow me to upload it. I'm really not sure why. The photo I wanted to upload, I had processed with the program that Brad Myers recently purchased and just did a few photos on his blog with. So I decided to download the demo and see how I like it. So far I like the program, just wish I could get my photos to upload..

Time for bed.. Have a great day!

Here comes the heat!!!

Hey everyone,

Hope you all had a good weekend. This photo was taken yesterday at the Harrisburg Senators game vs the Reading Phillies(Yes I did have to root for the Phils). My wife and son and I decided to head up as we have never been to a Senators game before. Wyatt did pretty good, he made it to the 7th inning before he tired out for the day.

We were over along the 3rd base side. We were actually in the General Admission Seats and then moved over to the box seats(There was not a big crowd) I was watching the Phillies pitcher warm up and thought it would be cool to try and get a shot of him with the ball coming at me so to speak. So I eased my lens through the hole in the fence and waited. I did not have the lens too far through as I was worried about a wild pitch and knowing my luck, would have hit my lens.

So If your ever in the Harrisburg area, take in a Senators ballgame on City Island. Tickets are reasonably priced as is the food. Nice ballpark overall.

Have a good week!!

Happy Anniversary!!!

Hey Everyone,

Yes, today is a special day for me. 5 years ago today, I got to marry the most beautifull woman in the world down in OCHO RIOS Jamaica. I know sometimes I may drive her crazy, but she still lets me do the things I like to do(Photography and Photographing Fires) She's truly a great woman, she gave me a beautifull son and home and I'd be lost in the tall weeds without her.

Happy 5 years babe, I love you!!

Checking for extension...

Hey everyone,

Hope your having a good week. This photo is from about 2 weeks ago. FD got dispatched for a reported building fire just right down the street from my new house. This is the Rohrerstown Fire Company, Truck 6-7 setting up to the roof checking for extenstion. The fire was reported in a dust collection system. They did have a small fire but the first in engine company knocked the fire with a water can.

That is all for today, hope you have a great day! I know I am since this is my Friday and I am off the weekend.

Easter Outfit...

Hey Everyone,

Hope your having a good week. These are photos from Easter Sunday of Wyatt in his new outfit before we left for Lisa's Aunts house. I would like to know, which image do you like better?? the original or the one with photoshop. I think I did a little too much on the 2nd image..

What do you think??

Outta Here...

Hey everyone,

I decided to change the post for today after the tragic loss of one of baseball's great announcers. Harry Kalas. I've been a Phillies fan since I was about 6 years old and I'm 35 now. Harry had one of their voices that you will never forget and was a true class act. Listening and watching a Phillies game will simply never be the same again. This photo was taken when I was at a game last yeer on Phillies Alumni Night. Harry the K is standing next to Steve Carlton and Mike Schmidt, 2 of the all time great philly players.

Harry, Thanks for the memories. You will be missed by millions of Phillies fans...

Supplying the water...

Hey everyone,

Hope you had a good easter weekend. I had to work and we were quite busy. I did not have a chance to get something ready so this is a photo from a fire scene in Harrisburg City from a few weeks ago. The new Wagon 3 from the famous uptown house supplying water to Tower 2 also from the uptown house. When this photo was taken, the fire was in the overhaul stages meaning it was out and they were doing the investigation and also checking for hotspots.

The back of the ladder truck in the photo is the new Tower 1 but I don't believe they were set up at all during the fire.

Have a good week!!
