Large Barn Fire...

Hey Everyone,
This photo was taken yesterday morning at a large barn fire just outside the historic town of Lititz. This photo is of an old friend of mine who is a Captain with Lititz walking towards the command post. The smoke from the fire could be seen for miles. I live about 10-12 miles from here and when I got about a mile from my house, I could see the header. So I decided to take a run up with the camera. I shot about 100 images before I headed back home to get ready for work.
Time for bed,
Have a great day!
PS. I hope you like the new layout of the blog, I just decided to change it up and I hope you like the photo. I know two of my Harrisburg Fire Department Friends that will..

That is the tower of power, the chariot of fire the, well BPOS that has been back at the factory again for the last month getting fixed AGAIN. Maybe they can get me a dependable PPL bucket truck to use, it has to be a better rig than a KME.

I'm sure it can't be worse then Lancaster City's Old Tower 2 that they just replaced, I can tell you some stories about that rig...

We have been using a 21 year old tower in its place for the last month and we fell like we stepped up to a caddy in doing so, how is that for being junk, LOL.
